Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, team membership, plan, billing metadata.
- Authentication: identity info from your sign-in provider (e.g., Google) to create and secure your account.
- Integrations: OAuth tokens and settings you explicitly connect (Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, social and project tools). Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Usage & telemetry: page views of Brevli pages, API errors, and activity log entries for auditing (e.g., connect/disconnect, sync, sends).
How we use data
- Deliver briefings and dashboards from the services you connect.
- Send transactional messages (briefing emails, alerts) and optional product updates.
- Maintain security, debug issues, and meet legal/compliance requirements.
Data sources & permissions
We only request scopes needed for read-only insights (unless clearly stated otherwise). You can revoke any integration at any time from your dashboard. If you disconnect, we stop fetching new data and will remove cached tokens.
Retention
Tokens and integration data are retained while your account/team remains active or until you disconnect a service. Briefing history, activity logs, and job run metadata are kept for auditing and service quality. You may request deletion at any time.
Security
- OAuth tokens encrypted at rest (AES-GCM with an application key).
- Least-privilege scopes; no password storage.
- Access logging via the activity log for sensitive events.
- Incident reporting: security@brevli.xyz.
International data transfers
Services may run in U.S. regions. By using Brevli you consent to processing and storage in those locations.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and revoke integrations at any time. Submit requests to privacy@brevli.xyz.
Children
Brevli is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
